Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical system design based upon industry standards and customer specifications or requirements.
• Provide company quality assurance support for ongoing projects with our partners and customers.
• May be required to make field inspections of sites or installations and observe integration of company designed systems to ensure compliance with the design and equipment specifications and safety standards
• May further be required to review drawings and data submitted by project contractors for compliance with the design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven years’ experience, with some knowledge of 480VAC, 3-Phase and 240VAC single power generation and lower voltage system design with an in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code especially desired.
• Some hands-on experience with Ethernet and networking/IP and various support protocols for networking, with some knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 addressing.
• Previous experience with either AutoCAD or MicroStation is necessary.
