SENIOR TRANSPORTATION PLANNER
Loudoun County, Virginia, is seeking applicants for an experienced professional to serve as the Senior Transportation Planner to perform tasks associated with a broad spectrum of land use and development projects. This position will oversee the Traffic Data Collection and Warrant Program and supports the land development process through coordinated traffic data collection, review of traffic impact studies and preparation of traffic signal, multi-way stop, pedestrian crosswalk and other related warrant analysis.
Traffic Technician II
The City of Virginia Beach is hiring a Traffic Technician II. Individual will perform technical work, investigations, and related assignments under the general supervision of staff engineers in the work zone traffic control, streetlight, and plan review aspects of traffic engineering. Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED plus five (5) years experience in the field of traffic engineering which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
