VASITE Board
Executive Board
VASITE is governed by an Executive Board consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, two Directors, and the immediate past President. VASITE elects two representatives to serve on the SDITE Board of Directors.
The president, vice president and secretary, and past president serve one-year terms, and the directors and SDITE representatives serve alternating two year terms. Elections are held every year for the following year and terms begin on January 1st of each year. Nominations for elections are handled by the immediate past president.
