The selected candidate will design bridges from single span over water to multi-span over or carrying interstate highways. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, managing and producing Right of Way and Construction Plans for a wide range of transportation projects using computer design software.

We are looking to add an experienced Geotechnical Project Manager to our Virginia team. Join us in supporting diverse transportation, transit, and environmental projects such as highway and rail bridges, buildings, retaining walls, slopes, pavements, ground treatment of soft soils and subgrades, and utilities. Ideal candidates possess VDOT and Virginia municipal experience, proactive problem-solving skills, a solid grasp of geotechnical principles, and hands-on expertise in geotechnical/pavement design and field operations.

RK&K is currently hiring a Water Resources Engineer to work in our Richmond or Roanoke, VA offices. The Engineer should have experience with some or all of the following areas to support municipal and transportation project designs. Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sediment Control, Hydrology & Hydraulics Design, Floodplain/Scour Modeling, Watershed Studies, and dam break analysis for various exciting projects throughout Virginia and surrounding states.

RK&K is currently hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead various tasks and projects for our Water Resources team in Richmond or Roanoke, VA. As a Project Manager on our Water Resources team, you will assume responsibility of company-wide efforts in stormwater management and drainage design for municipal and transportation related projects. You will be helping lead our water resources team responsible for the planning, designing, and implementation of effective drainage systems to ensure efficient conveyance and management of stormwater. Your expertise in local VA infrastructure, leadership, and water resource engineering will be essential to your role.
